Our 3-Step Bespoke Process
Step 1: Program Design
This is the most critical phase. We don’t use generic templates. Our trainers come on-site to shadow your team, interview key users, and analyse your exact workflows. We map your processes to your software (even if it’s custom-built). We then create a 100% custom curriculum, manual, and training plan for your approval.
Step 2: On-Site Training Delivery
Once the program is approved, we deliver the training on-site at your offices, anywhere in Australia. The sessions are hands-on, interactive, and focused on real-world scenarios. We train a maximum of 15 staff at a time to ensure every person gets the individual attention they need.
Step 3: Perpetual Knowledge Base Handover
The value continues long after we leave. With every training, we hand over your Perpetual Knowledge Base. This includes the professional companion manual, the full, edited video recordings of the training, and a searchable team knowledge base to host it all. This becomes your “single source of truth” for onboarding new hires and reinforcing learning.
